Recreational I state, recreational you read in disbelief; on occasions I need a break, human nature! Taking a step back or a genuine timeout can keep the mind and body fresh, free and sane! My recreational activity is ample on sports and somewhat diverse in a sporting sense which stems from copious amounts I picked up during my childhood; friends, family, magazines, newspapers, tv and good old teletext!
